1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Yoretrip. By accessing our website and using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client", "User") and Yoretrip ("Company", "We", "Us"), a sole proprietorship based in India.

2. Scope of Services

Yoretrip acts strictly as a consultancy and facilitation service. We assist clients with:

• Visa consultation and profile assessment.

• Document preparation and verification.

• Form filling and appointment scheduling.

Important Disclaimer: Yoretrip is a private consultancy and is not affiliated with any government, embassy, or consulate. We do not have the authority to grant or deny visas. The final decision on all visa applications rests solely with the respective Government Authorities.

3. User Obligations & Communication 

To ensure a smooth process, you agree to:

• Provide true, accurate, and complete information.

• Submit genuine and unaltered documents.

• Disclose any prior visa refusals, criminal history, or medical conditions that may affect your application.

Yoretrip reserves the right to terminate services immediately without refund if a client is found to have provided fraudulent documents or misleading information.

** Responsiveness & Cancellation Policy:** The visa process is time-sensitive. If the Client provides incorrect, incomplete, or insufficient details required for the process, Yoretrip will attempt to contact the Client to rectify the issue.

• 48-Hour Rule: If the Client fails to respond to our communication (via email, phone, or WhatsApp) or fails to provide the necessary information/documents within 48 hours of our request, Yoretrip reserves the right to cancel the application immediately.

• No Refund: In the event of such cancellation due to non-responsiveness or insufficient documentation, no refund of the service fee will be provided.

4. Payments and Refunds

• Service Fees: All consultancy fees must be paid in advance or as agreed upon in the service invoice.

• Embassy Fees: Visa fees charged by embassies/consulates are separate from our service fees and are subject to change by the respective governments.

• Refund Policy:

  • Our consultancy fees are for the service provided (expertise, time, and documentation work). Therefore, fees are non-refundable once the service has commenced, regardless of the visa outcome.

  • If an application is rejected by the embassy, Yoretrip is not liable to refund the consultancy fee or the embassy fee.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we strive for a 100% success rate, Yoretrip shall not be held liable for:

• Visa Rejection: Any rejection or refusal by an embassy for any reason.

• Delays: Delays in processing times caused by the embassy, consulate, or third-party logistics (couriers).

• Loss of Documents: Loss or damage to passports or documents while in the custody of the embassy or courier services.

• Changes in Regulations: Sudden changes in immigration laws or visa policies.

Our total liability, in any event, shall be limited to the professional service fee paid by the client to Yoretrip.

6. Intellectual Property & Proprietary Content

All materials provided by Yoretrip are the exclusive intellectual property of the Company. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Website Content: The design, text, graphics, and logos on our website.

• Client Deliverables: The specific visa strategies, customized document checklists, itineraries, cover letter drafts, and email advice provided to you during the service.

Usage Restrictions: The content and services provided to you are for your personal use only. You agree not to copy, distribute, share, or sell our proprietary checklists, templates, or advice to third parties without our express written consent. Unauthorized sharing of Yoretrip’s paid content is a violation of these Terms.

7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Uttarakhand.
